Your request may take up to 15 working days to process. You may receive email or postal mail in the meantime. Once processed, your removal request will be stored in a “do not contact” file and you will no longer receive promotional correspondence. Please note that if you make subsequent online purchases, we will still need to confirm your order by email, and we may need to contact you by phone, email, or postal mail with other questions regarding your order.

Disclosure to Outside Parties

Any time you provide us with your personal information—through email inquiries, surveys, or online orders, you can rest assured that we will NOT share your address with ANY third party. All information is kept private and meant for CRDG’s use only. We may, however, release personal information if we are legally required to do so. When you contact Marketing and Publication Services (MaPS), we use your phone number, mailing and email addresses, and comments generated on previous calls to help us assist you. We may also pass your feedback along to other sections within our company in order to improve our services.

All credit card transactions are handled by a third-party financial institution and their vendors, which receive the credit card number and other personal identifying information only to verify the credit card numbers and process transactions.

Web Order Refunds and Returns

All sales are final. No refunds and/or returns are accepted.

Shipping & Handling Policies

Shipping within the United States

Shipping rates are based on delivery time. These rates apply for all online, telephone, fax, and mail orders. Orders are generally shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (FedEx). Allow an additional 3–5 working days to process your order. If you require the order processed RUSH, please contact us.

U.S. Shipping and Handling Rates

- 10% of total order for delivery within 6-8 weeks (usually ships via USPS Library Rate)

- 15% of total order for delivery within 5-10 days (usually ships via USPS Priority Mail)

- 35% of total order for delivery within 2-3 days (usually ships via FedEx)

International Shipping

International orders will usually be sent via Federal Express (FedEx). Rates will vary, depending on location. A minimum shipping & handling fee of 35% of total order will be applied. Please contact our office for an estimate on the shipping and handling fee.
